Biography

When Jane first started practicing yoga, she was a little hesitant. She had never done it before and didn’t know what to expect. But now that she’s been doing it for the past few weeks, she feels great! It helps her develop flexibility in her legs, hips, back and spine. And even though it is challenging at times with all of the balancing poses, she finds herself energized after each class. Jane loves yoga so much that her friends are starting to join too!
