Mildred loves yoga and has been doing it for the last 25 years. Her favorite poses are downward dog and tree pose. She’s well versed in many different types of yoga including vinyasa, yin, and hatha. Yoga is a great way to stay active without becoming too tired or sore from other forms of exercise like running or biking. Mildred recommends that if you’re interested in trying something new then you should give yoga a try! It can really help improve your flexibility as well as strengthen your core muscles. Plus it’s fun to take time every day to relax with some stretches!
